As the core equipment in the fields of printing, packaging and paper processing, automatic high-speed die-cutting machine needs to pay attention to equipment safety, product quality and personnel protection when operating because of its fast running speed and strong linkage. The specific precautions can be carried out in four core stages: preparation before starting, operation during operation, maintenance after stopping and emergency treatment, and at the same time, it needs to meet the standardized operation requirements of industrial production.

Before starting the machine, it is necessary to complete a comprehensive inspection of the equipment. First, confirm the status of all mechanical parts, check the installation accuracy of die-cutting die, ensure that the die has no edge collapse and deformation, and the gap between the platen and the die conforms to the process parameters. At the same time, check the tension and lubrication of transmission parts such as rollers and chains of the paper feeding mechanism to avoid downtime caused by loose or stuck parts. Second, check the electrical and control system, and confirm that the emergency stop button, safety grating, fault alarm device and other protective components function normally, and the touch screen parameters are consistent with the production work order, especially the core parameters such as die-cutting pressure, paper feeding speed and positioning accuracy need to be calibrated in advance to prevent product scrapping or equipment damage caused by parameter errors; Third, materials should be prepared. Raw materials such as paper products and corrugated boards to be processed should be leveled in advance to remove surface impurities and damaged parts. At the same time, auxiliary materials such as adhesives and waste cleaning consumables should be sufficient to avoid material breakage in the middle of production.

During operation, it is necessary to strictly follow the standardized operation process. First, ensure that the operator is in a safe area. It is strictly forbidden to put hands or tools into dangerous areas such as paper feed port, die cutting station and waste removal mechanism when the equipment is running. If it is necessary to adjust the material position, you must first press the emergency stop button and lock the equipment. Secondly, it is necessary to monitor the production status in real time, pay attention to the running noise, temperature of equipment and the die-cutting quality of products. If there are problems such as paper skew, die-cutting edge burrs and incomplete waste removal, it is necessary to stop the machine first and then investigate the reasons. It is not allowed to make online adjustments during high-speed operation, and at the same time, it is necessary to regularly sample the finished products to ensure that the die-cutting accuracy and indentation depth meet the technological requirements. In addition, it is necessary to control the operating load of the equipment, avoid excessive constant speed or overpressure operation for a long time, prevent the core components such as motor and hydraulic system from aging ahead of time due to overload, and keep the surrounding environment of the equipment clean and tidy, and clean up the debris such as paper scraps and dust in time to prevent them from entering the transmission or electrical system and causing failures.

After shutdown, it is necessary to complete the equipment maintenance and site arrangement according to the specifications. First, the shutdown process should be implemented. First, the running speed should be reduced to zero. After the main power supply is turned off, the knife die should be cleaned and rustproof, and it should be properly stored in the special tool rest. At the same time, the residual paper scraps and wastes in the die cutting station, paper feeding channel and waste cleaning device should be cleaned to avoid the residual materials from corroding the equipment parts. Secondly, it is necessary to carry out daily maintenance, add special lubricating oil to the lubrication points of equipment, check the wear of wearing parts such as seals and sensors, report the aging parts for replacement in time, and record the equipment operation data and fault information at the same time to form a complete equipment operation and maintenance account; Finally, the production materials should be sorted out, and the unprocessed raw materials, finished products and waste products should be classified and stored, so as to ensure that the production site meets the 6S management standards and prepare for the next startup operation.

In terms of emergency treatment, in case of abnormal sound, material jam, alarm and other unexpected situations during equipment operation, it is necessary to immediately press the emergency stop button, and it is forbidden to restart the equipment forcibly. After the equipment is completely stopped, professional maintenance personnel will investigate the cause of the failure. In case of personal injury and other safety accidents, emergency rescue plans should be started as soon as possible, and the site should be protected and reported to the management department. The equipment operation can only be resumed after the failure is completely eliminated and the potential safety hazards are eliminated.
