The installation and debugging standards of European high-speed die-cutting machines are usually based on the European Union Machinery Safety Directive (such as 2006/42/EC, which has been updated to 2014/34/EU), industry specifications (such as CE certification requirements) and manufacturers' technical standards. The following are explained from the dimensions of site preparation, installation process, debugging steps and safety compliance:

I. Site and Environmental Standards

Spatial planning

At least 1.5-2 meters of operation and maintenance passage should be reserved around the equipment to ensure the rapid evacuation of personnel in case of emergency stop.

The ceiling height shall not be less than 4m, so as to avoid the space limitation when lifting equipment (the lifting height of molds shall be considered).

environmental conditions

Electrical and gas source

Power supply: three-phase five-wire system (380 V 10%, 50/60Hz), grounding resistance ≤4Ω, and independent voltage regulator (fluctuation ≤ 5%) is required.

Compressed air: the pressure is 0.6-0.8MPa, and the dew point temperature is ≤-20℃ (it needs to be dried and filtered, and the oil content is ≤ 0.1 mg/m).

Second, the installation process and technical standards

1. Foundation installation

Horizontal calibration: use a precision level (accuracy 0.02mm/m) to calibrate at the four corners and center of the equipment base, and adjust the anchor bolts to make the levelness of the whole machine ≤ 0.05 mm/m..

Fixing method: rigidly connect the equipment base with the ground through expansion bolts (above M12) to prevent vibration and displacement during operation.

2. Mechanical system installation

Transmission parts:

The transmission of gears and chains should keep the coaxiality ≤0.03mm, and the chain tension should be 10-15mm when pressed by fingers.

When installing the guide rail, check that the straightness is ≤0.02mm/1000mm, and the fit clearance between the slider and the guide rail is ≤0.01mm (detected by the feeler gauge).

Sensor calibration:

The detection distance of photoelectric sensor needs to be calibrated to 80% of the rated value (for example, the rated detection distance is 100mm and the actual calibration is 80mm).

III. Debugging Steps and Performance Standards

1. No load debugging

Run the test:

Manual jog operation speed of each axis is 0.1-1m/s, check that the motor temperature rise is ≤40K (detected by thermometer) and the operation noise is ≤75dB (1m away from the equipment).

Idle for 8 hours continuously, and detect that the temperature rise of transmission parts is ≤60℃ and the vibration amplitude is ≤0.05mm (monitored by acceleration sensor).

Functional test:

The emergency door interlock response time is less than or equal to 0.5 seconds, and the emergency stop button reset time is less than or equal to 1 second.

The response speed of HMI parameter setting is less than or equal to 0.3 seconds, and the program call is not stuck.

2. Load debugging

Die cutting accuracy:

Cutting dimension tolerance: ±0.1mm (for materials with a thickness of 0.1-1mm), and repeated positioning accuracy ≤0.03mm (detected by laser interferometer).

The waste discharge rate is more than or equal to 99%, so as to avoid the influence of waste accumulation on operation stability.

Speed and efficiency:

At the rated speed (e.g. 200 times/minute), the die-cutting quality consistency reached 99.5% or higher after continuous operation for 4 hours.

Power consumption test: the power fluctuation is ≤ 3% at full load, which meets the IE3 standard of EU energy efficiency grade.

3. Safety and compliance testing

Protective device:
